1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Boxing Combo Caller ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms are a legal agreement between you and Romie Dalal ("Developer," "we," "us").

2. Description of the App

Boxing Combo Caller is an iOS boxing training application that calls biomechanically valid boxing combinations in pre-rendered voice audio during timed rounds. The App is designed for individual training use. It works offline once installed.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Apple devices for personal, non-commercial training purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited functionality. The free tier is available without payment and may be used indefinitely.

5.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro tier unlocks additional features and is available as Monthly ($4.99/mo), Annual ($39.99/yr), or 3-Month Intro ($2.99/mo for first 3 months, then $4.99/mo) pricing displayed in the App at time of purchase.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. The Developer cannot cancel, modify, or refund your subscription directly. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Voice Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Voice Audio

All voice audio in the App is the property of Romie Dalal. The voice content is protected by copyright. You may not record, extract, download, redistribute, or use the voice audio in any other application, product, or media, or create derivative works.

6.2 Combo Library

The boxing combination library, including the selection, arrangement, and biomechanical validation of combinations, is the intellectual property of Romie Dalal.

6.3 App Content

All other content in the App — UI, graphics, icons, text, and software code — is the property of Romie Dalal and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Physical Activity Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

THIS IS CRITICAL. READ CAREFULLY.

7.1 Not Professional Coaching

The App is a training tool that calls boxing combinations. It is not a substitute for professional boxing coaching, personal training, or medical advice. The App does not observe your form, correct your technique, or assess your physical readiness.

7.2 Inherent Risk of Physical Activity

Boxing training involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, sprains, fractures, concussions, and cardiovascular events. By using the App, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

7.3 Medical Clearance

You should consult a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise program, including boxing training with this App. This is especially important if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or cardiovascular concerns.

7.4 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of performing the exercises; using proper equipment in good condition; training in a safe environment; warming up properly; stopping immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort; and hydrating adequately.

7.5 No Liability for Physical Injury

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for any physical injury, illness, or death resulting from your use of the App. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will improve your boxing skills, fitness, or health. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to violate any law, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the App's content commercially without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and cancelling any active subscription through iOS Settings.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on this page, with the version date updated. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Romie Dalal, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the App.
